According to the legislation in force, the Customer has the right to notify in writing the SELLER that he renounces the sale-purchase contract, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 working days from receiving the product. The notification will be made by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Subsequently, within 3 working days you will receive an e-mail informing you of the approval or rejection of the return request.
After announcing the return intention, you have 14 calendar days in which the product must reach us.
If you have opted for a refund of the money, we will send the amount by bank transfer to the account indicated by you within a maximum of 10 working days from the date on which the returned products reach us.
Therefore, the Customer has the right to return the purchased product, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from its receipt, bearing the direct return costs.
Please note that if the products whose return is requested show damaged or incomplete packaging, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, the Company reserves the right to decide whether to accept the return or not, and in case of acceptance, if impute the loss suffered in these circumstances on the value of the product; the amount withheld will be communicated to the Client after the evaluation of the damages caused. In case of exercising the legal right to return the product, the refund of its value will be made within 30 days from the return.
According to the legislation in force, the following product categories cannot be returned:
- Products made according to consumer specifications
- Distinctly customized products
- Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which can degrade or deteriorate rapidly
RESTRICTIONS REGARDING THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The following product categories cannot be returned:
Special order products, ie made to specifications and containing customer data or clearly customized.
Elaboration of digital design, processing of files containing digital design.
According to GEO no. 34/2014, art. 16 lit. c, products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly customized cannot be returned. If it is not about personalized products, they must be returned in the same condition, with the labels intact and together with all the documents that accompanied it (invoice, etc.). Returned products must be in the same condition as on receipt: no damage, no defects (except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the customer in correspondence with the Seller)
RETURN OF DEFECTED OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In case of defective or damaged products, please send the message in which you request the return conclusive images with the defective or damaged product, together with a clear description of the defect.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).
The products purchased through this site benefit from the guarantee according to the legal provisions. The guarantee represents the commitment assumed by the Company towards the Customer, to repair or replace the purchased product, if it does not correspond to the conditions that were established when placing the order.
